Guidance on the provision of instrument performance diagnostics

The following document has been prepared by the NWP and International Working Groups to give guidance to space agencies and other providers of satellite radiance measurements. The document outlines diagnostics that are beneficial to provide information on the health of satellite instruments. Ideally such diagnostics will be updated in near real time and available on publically accessible websites.
