Prior to the meeting gather statistics of usage via email<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The means to progress this action to be discussed at the summer 2026 online meeting<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Status: <strong>OPEN<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ACTION DA\/NWP 25-2 <\/strong>on Chris Burrows:  to pass on his short wave IR simulations (compared to observations) to the RT<br>group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Status: <strong>DONE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ACTION DA\/NWP 25-3 <\/strong>on WG members: to report back to their respective technical departments regarding this ongoing transition to WIS2.0, in order to ensure a smooth transition in satellite data reception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Note that feedback on WIS2.0 uptake was undertaken on behalf of the group during early 2026. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Status: <strong>DONE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>ACTION DA\/NWP 25-4 <\/strong>on WG co-chairs: To present this feedback to the EUMETSAT NWPSAF<sup>*<\/sup> project team as input to their planning activities<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><sup>*<\/sup>This action refers to a discussion on options for future EUMETSAT NWPSAF services as at the time of ITSC-25 the next phase of the SAF was being proposed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Status: <strong>DONE<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"action_items_from_previous_conferences\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Action items from Previous Conferences<a href=\"https:\/\/groups.ssec.wisc.edu\/groups\/itwg\/nwp\/action_status_tracker#action_items_from_previous_conferences\"><\/a><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Actions from previous conferences are detailed in the working group reports.
